Shipping
We ship orders across South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)
- Cape Town & surrounding areas: 1–3 business days
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery with The Courier Guy.
Delivery Notes
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. STANDARD is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, courier network disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control — but we will always assist in tracking your parcel.
Returns & Store Credit
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with original tags and packaging intact, and free of stains, damage, or strong scents. If items do not meet these conditions, the return may be declined.
Store Credit Policy
STANDARD offers store credit for eligible returns. Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour (subject to availability). If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a STANDARD error (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), we will cover return shipping. If you are returning an item due to preference (size, colour, or change of mind), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and clearance reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear or socks (if applicable) and items marked as “Final Sale”.
